Your donation can usually be picked up within a day or two. We schedule the arrival of our van within a one hour time frame so you don't have to wait around. We are fast, professional, and will go upstairs or wherever you need in order to receive the items. In general, things must be in a condition that you recognize as satisfactory for resale. When you call in to schedule, we will ask about the condition of the items for donation.
We recommend local delivery people who provide excellent service for reasonable rates.
